How to get the most out of your entry

Supporting documentation

Supporting documentation is very important!  Often we receive projects without any explanation of what they’re meant to do or how they work.  The judges then have the difficult task of working this out themselves!

The judges have a difficult task - supporting documentation makes it much easier!

The best way to ensure this doesn’t happen is to send us a video of your project in action.  You could upload it to YouTube and send us the link, or you could burn it onto a CD and send it in with your project.  This shows our judges how your project works, and it also proves that your project works as it should.  If you're a finalist in the competition, we'll feature your video on this website, where it could be seen by thousands!

Join the Bright Sparks Club to get help with your project.  In our forum you’ll find heaps of people who are building their own projects.  Some of them are sure to have run into exactly the same problem you’re currently dealing with, and they may have some advice on how to solve it!
