How much does it cost?
There is no cost to join the Bright Sparks Club or enter the awards.

What’s the best way I can help?
The best thing parents can do is be supportive. When it comes to making projects, young Bright Sparks may need help sourcing components. This is somewhere where your practical assistance would be a great help. Another idea is helping your child create a timeline towards completing their project – it will help to avoid the hectic last minute rush!

Is Bright Sparks a safe environment for my child?
All members of the forum have to fill-in a comprehensive registration form.  The consent of a parent or guardian is required, and the forum is moderated so that no inappropriate content can be posted.  We also moderate to make sure no negative put-downs take place.

Do I need to be a technical whiz to help my child?
Not at all. Bright Sparks members can get all the help and information they need from the mentors and their peers in the forum.  Of course you’re welcome to get involved too!
