Have a look at this ONE example and let me know if you think that a complete set of these sorts of templates could be handy.

Okay...  thanks.

I am keen to know what other sorts of ones you need with what sorts of info on them.  Ask here and I will put them up if I have them and or make up a sheet and publish it here.
