Vineyard robot is a system for monitoring the temperature at a vineyard and putting containers of grapes under a shelter when it gets too cold.

"My favourite part was going through the complete design process and ending up with a working solution.  I never thought that I could design, construct and program a robot from nothing!

The programming was the hardest part – it really forced my to think.  I was also challenged to write efficient coding, so that there was no copying and pasting of duplicate lines of code.

In my spare time I like building computers with various components and playing games on the best PCs."
